Certified True Copy is a true copy of the original document,certifying that it is consistent with the original document, certified by an authorised person.

Who are authorised to verify the document?
If the primary document is issued by government department or statutory body in Hong Kong, AIA Financial Planner can verify the document.

We may ask for other documents on a case by case basis.

You may submit the claim application to our AIA financial planner / your broker / independent financial adviser or send it to us at the following address:

If you submit the claim application through AIA financial planner / your broker / independent financial adviser, you will receive a notification from the respective channel.
