We will send you an email with an overview of our Group Insurance services. You will also receive eCard(s) and HealthCard(s) (if applicable) for you and your dependants.

Simply present your eCard* on AIA+ mobile app to complete registration at network doctors' clinics, private hospitals or labs^, so you can avoid the hassle of bringing a physical medical card with you.

Make your outpatient claims via AIA+ mobile app anytime, anywhere, and get reimbursed in as little as 3 days for all types of outpatient claims with no submission limit, and you can check your claim status or pay any shortfalls (if applicable) anytime.
