Premier Academy

Since its establishment in 2011, the AIA Premier Academy (AIAPA) has been committed to cultivating the younger generation to embark on the path of MDRT on their journey towards becoming premier leaders.

AIAPA recognises the importance in cultivating future elites, and specifically designed trainings that are in line with the concept of blended classrooms, with a focus on creating both online and offline interactive learning models for new students. In terms of training, AIA is the first insurance company in Hong Kong to obtain approval from the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications to launch continuous professional training courses online. The change to digital learning allowed financial planners to efficiently utilise AIA’s technology to improve their professional knowledge, at the comfort of their homes.

AIAPA provides the best career development platform for those who are under the Immigration Arrangement for Non-local Graduates (IANG) scheme. AIA provides a series of tailor-made training and development courses. As well as training courses and workshops that are taught in Mandarin to help explore local job prospects.
