AIA e-Advice / e-BankIn:

1. Complete the registration form, the Form can download through our company website ( www.aia.com.hk > Customer Support > Useful Forms)

2. Logon to “Customer Corner” through our company website (www.aia.com.hk > My AIA > Customer Corner).

3. Logon to mobile application “AIA Connect”.

4. Contact your AIA Representatives, Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2232-8888(Hong Kong) or (853) 8988-1822 (Macau), or Customer Service Representatives.
