We're excited to introduce AIA+, our new mobile app that will replace AIA Connect. As we roll out these updates, we'll keep you informed every step of the way.

(1) For iOS users: Starting from 26 Aug, all iOS users will receive an upgrade message from AIA Connect when it's time to update your app to AIA+. To ensure a smooth transition, we will notify users in batches, so please stay tuned.
(2) For Android (Google Play) users: During 26 Aug and 2 Sep, some existing users will receive an upgrade message to update the app to AIA+. For the rest of all users, starting from 3 Sep, they will receive an upgrade message when it's time to update the app to AIA+. They can also go to Google Play to manually download or update the app.
(3) For Huawei users: Starting from mid-Oct, Huawei mobile users can search for and update to AIA+ via AppGallery.
(4) Other users: Starting from 26 Aug, AIA+ mobile app can be installed via downloading the APK file.

Existing AIA Connect users can log in to AIA+ with their current login ID and password, or via biometric authentication (if enabled on your device), without needing to reset or register a new account.

All linked policies or member accounts will automatically appear in AIA+, and current functionalities will remain available.
