AIA Vitality Health Review                

This Assessment evaluates how healthy you are based on your current health and fitness levels, as well as lifestyle factors.

AIA Vitality Members

After you complete the AIA Vitality Health Review, we will give you:
  1. Know your AIA Vitality Age and learn where you need to improve your health.
  2. Earn 500 points for completing the assessment. You can do this assessment twice a year, with six months apart, and earn a total of 1,000 points each membership year.
  3. See a set of health challenges recommended for you.
