To qualify for the 5 points, a minimum of 420 minutes / seven hours of total sleep must be tracked in a 24-hour period. The 24-hour period runs from midday to midday (it spans from 12 noon to 11:59 of the following day).
AIA Vitality points will be awarded regardless of time of sleep – it can be night and / or day.
AIA Vitality points will be awarded for tracking sleep for one device per day, so if you use more than one device to track sleep on the same day, AIA Vitality will allocate points based on the device that tracked the longest sleep.
Note that naps of less than an hour are usually not accurately tracked with these devices.
