AIA Vitality members can enjoy a HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate at Starbucks stores in Hong Kong (for HK member only) or Macau (for Macau member only)# by redeeming Reward Credits for Starbucks. All you need to do to earn Reward Credits is to exercise! For every 750 AIA Vitality points you earn in a calendar month by tracking exercise, you can earn one Reward Credit which can be used to select for a Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate. What you need to know

AIA Vitality members can earn up to 2 Reward Credits per calendar month based on the number of exercise points earned.
 
  • For every 750 exercise points you earn in a calendar month, you can earn one Reward Credit (maximum 2 Reward Credits earned per month).
  • 1 reward credit can then be used to select only one of the reward partners available (based on your AIA Vitality status).  Reward partners may change from time to time, please refer to website www.aia.com.hk/aiavitality for the latest update.
  • If you earn the maximum number of points for fitness-related activities (15,000 AIA Vitality Points) within a membership year, you will receive 2 reward credits each month for the rest of your current AIA Vitality membership year.
  • Each reward credit in your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app is valid for 3 months, starting from the end of the month in which the qualifying AIA Vitality Points were earned (e.g. 1 reward credit was earned on 15 July 2023 because the member earned 750 AIA Vitality Points. The reward credit expiry date is 31 October 2023).
  • Upon selection of reward choice "HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate", the HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate has the same expiry date as the reward credit (e.g. if reward credit expiry date is 31 October 2023, HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate expiry date is 31 October 2023).
  • Once you have chosen the selected HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates, no exchange is allowed.
  • HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates is valid until the last redemption date at close of business only.
  • HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate can be used to redeem beverages and/or food amounting to the value of HKD30 at Starbucks stores in Hong Kong (for HK member only) or MOPD30 Macau (for Macau member only)#. If the purchase amount exceeds the face value of Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate, the mentioned value will be charged.
  • HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate can only be used once only at Starbucks stores in Hong Kong (for HK member only) or Macau (for Macau member only) operated by Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Limited/ Coffee Concepts (Macau) Ltd., except stores in AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong Disneyland and Hong Kong International Airport; subject to these general terms and conditions, and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of a Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate.
  • This e-certificate cannot be used at any 'WE PROUDLY SERVE STARBUCKS' counters in Hong Kong or Macau.
  • Your use of this HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate indicates your agreement to be bound by these HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions.
  • HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate is not redeemable for purchase any merchandise, coffee brewing equipment, Starbucks Gift Certificate, packaged food, coffee bean, Starbucks Origami™ portable drip coffee, Starbucks VIA™ Ready Brew, TEAVANA products, or canned/ bottled drink, reload or activate Starbucks Card, Octopus Card and Macau Pass Card.
  • AIA International Limited and Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd./ Coffee Concepts (Macau) Ltd. are not responsible for any loss or damage to this Beverage & Food Certificate.
  • Damaged or photocopy of this HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates will not be accepted.
  • HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates are and remain at all times the property of Coffee Concepts. The right to use a HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate is personal to the original recipient.
  • HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by an entity other than the original recipient.
  • Each issued HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate will be valid for use by a recipient for once, and more than one Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates can be used per each single transaction.
  • HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount offer, set offer or Rewards redemption of Starbucks Rewards™ and cannot apply to Hong Kong Starbucks Online store and Mobile Order & Pay / Starbucks Delivery / Mobile Order to Table made via Starbucks Rewards mobile app.
  • Each HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate is not redeemable for cash and any unused balance will be forfeited.
  • When you use a HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate you warrant to Coffee Concepts that you are the duly authorized recipient of the HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate and that you are using it in good faith. If Coffee Concepts believe that any HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate is being used unlawfully or illegally Coffee Concepts may reject or cancel any HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate rejection or cancellation.
  • AIA International Limited and Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd. shall not be liable to any customer for any loss or damage arising out of the refusal, cancellation, withdrawal of the HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate or any failure or inability of a customer to use a HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate for any reason.   • AIA International Limited and Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd./ Coffee Concepts (Macau) Ltd. reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or terminate the operation of this HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate without notice.
  • Coffee Concepts (Hong Kong) Ltd./ Coffee Concepts (Macau) Ltd. reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
  • The English version of the terms and conditions of this HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate prevails if any discrepancy exists between the English and Chinese versions.
  • The QR code on the HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate is valid until the expiry date shown on the respective HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate.
  • Your HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate will immediately expire upon the termination of AIA Vitality membership.

Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate will be displayed in Rewards of AIA+ mobile app and can be spent the next time you visit Starbucks.

Get Started

Step 1: Exercise and earn AIA Vitality Points to qualify
You will need to exercise and earn the required number of AIA Vitality Points to qualify for reward credits. You may also log in to AIA+ mobile app to check your reward credit balance and redeem them at any time. Don't forget that reward credits will expire in 3 months from the end of the month in which you earned the qualifying AIA Vitality Points, if you do not select the reward from your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app. Please check your account balance regularly.
 
Step 2: Redeem reward credits on AIA+ mobile app
Log in to AIA+ mobile app, click on "Rewards" tag > "Reward credits" tag > "Monthly Reward Credit" tag > select "HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate" under "Reward credits". You will see the number of reward credits you can select. You may select the number of reward credits to be redeemed as HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates. The redemption will automatically be applied to the reward credits expiring first.
 
The HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate will expire in 3 months starting from the end of the month in which the qualifying AIA Vitality Points were earned or upon the termination of AIA Vitality membership. No reminder will be sent to you. Please check your account balance regularly.
 
Note: Once you have chosen the selected HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate, no exchange is allowed.
 
Step 3: Redeem your HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates
You may redeem your HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificates at the counter of Starbucks stores in Hong Kong (for HK member only) or Macau (for Macau Member only)# by presenting the QR code on the HKD30 or MOP30 Starbucks Beverage & Food e-Gift Certificate code in your Rewards of AIA+ mobile app.
