- Each AIA Club Alta member depending on the membership tier status can enjoy the privileged discount for the respective maximum number of trusts throughout his/her lifetime. The discount privileges only apply to the trust(s) which is/are established after becoming a member of AIA Club Alta. The costs of relevant services shall be borne by the members and shall be determined between the members and selected trust companies.
- The trust services are provided by selected trust companies, each of which is an independent third party. AIA and its intermediaries do not provide any professional advice relating to trust. AIA makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality and availability of the services, and shall not be responsible, for the services provided by the relevant trust companies.
- Any dispute arising from the services under the above privileges shall be resolved by the member and the relevant trust companies directly.
