- The costs of relevant services shall be borne by the members and shall be agreed between the members and their selected education and admission consultant companies.
- The education and admission consultancy services are provided by education and admission consultant companies, each of which is an independent third party of AIA. The relevant education and admission consultant companies do not act for and on behalf of AIA and is not a service provider of AIA. AIA and its intermediaries do not provide any advice relating to education and admission consultancy service. AIA makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to the quality and availability of the services, and shall not be responsible, for the services provided by the relevant education and admission consultant companies.
- The Privilege does not constitute any education, admission or other professional advice or recommendation by AIA.
- In case the members wish to engage the services of the relevant education and admission consultant company(ies), the members will need to enter into a separate contract with the relevant education and admission consultant company(ies) which will set out all relevant terms and conditions of the engagement.
- Any dispute arising from the services under the above privileges shall be resolved by the member and the relevant education and admission consultant company(ies) directly.
- The use of the above services is subject to the respective terms and conditions of the education and admission consultant company(ies).
