AIA Pension and Trustee Co. Ltd. (“AIA MPF”) has stood out in the judging process of various prestigious and authoritative awards, earning the distinction as one of the “Best Companies to Work for in Greater China 2017” and receiving several recognitions at the “Marketing Excellence Awards 2017”.

Earlier this year, AIA MPF became the first financial institution in Hong Kong to be honoured with the title of “Best Companies to Work for in Hong Kong^[1] ", presented by the international authority of workplace culture and human resources management, Great Place to Work® Institute Greater China. The Company has added to the accolade with a new achievement by being named one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Greater China 2017".

Over the course of the year, a total of 145 companies from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan underwent the selection process. This involved a survey of about 217,000 employees from different industries. In the end, only 33 companies received this recognition, which underscores AIA MPF's commitment to create an ideal working environment for its employees.

Marketing Excellence Awards 2017
AIA MPF recently launched the "LET'S WORK TOGETHER" campaign to promote equal employment and make Hong Kong more inclusive. This outstanding initiative won several awards at the “Marketing Excellence Awards 2017” organised by “Marketing Magazine”.  The “Double Strategy” campaign launched by the Company in mid-2017 was also recognised at the awards.
