AIA Vitality nutrition assessment

The AIA Vitality Health Check is a basic check to help you identify the risk of developing a chronic condition.
You may visit our partner, Macau Yinkui Hospital (MYKH), to complete Health Check. After completion, you can claim your AIA Vitality Points.

What you need to know

You can do the AIA Vitality Health Check (VHC) in Macau Yinkui Hospital at an exclusive rate of MOP140#. The VHC measures:
 
  • Blood pressure
  • Body Mass Index (BMI) and waist circumference
  • Total cholesterol level (Random rapid / finger prick)
  • Blood glucose level (Random rapid / finger prick)
Note:
  • You can have any of the above tests done at another healthcare provider and claim your AIA Vitality Points by uploading proofs of your results.

#Effective from 1 January 2024.

Earn 750 AIA Vitality Points for each test in the AIA Vitality Health Check and Additional 1,250 Points for each result within the healthy range, a Maximum of 8,000 Points you will get.

*Measurement of waist circumference is only required when BMI is higher than 22.9.
 
Members may only earn AIA Vitality Points for BMI, Blood Pressure, Glucose and Cholesterol measurements and additional points for results that fall within the healthy range, once per membership year. BMI and blood pressure measurements can be taken by AIA Vitality Express Health Check, AIA Vitality Health Check, AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment, and other designated health check packages offered by the Macau Yinkui Hospital, your general practitioner/healthcare provider but only the first eligible measurement submitted will be awarded for points.
 
To earn additional points for each result that falls within the healthy range, you must sign a consent form provided by Macau Yinkui Hospital for the disclosure of certain relevant test result(s) to AIA Vitality. You can sign the consent form when you go for your health check and the relevant measurements will be awarded for points automatically once we receive the test result(s).
