You may submit the claim application to our AIA financial planner / your broker / independent financial adviser or send it to us at the following address:

  • If you submit the claim application through AIA financial planner / your broker / independent financial adviser, you will receive a notification from the respective channel.
  • If you submit the claim application to us directly, you will receive a notification from us.
