How to apply e-claim?


Step 1:
Login to your AIA Connect account.
Tap "AIA Dining Cover" in the Home menu.

Step 2:
Verify the identity by email address and mobile number with a one-time password.

Step 3:
Tap "Policy detail", then tap "Apply claim" to start a claim submission.
Select Insured, then tap "Next".

Step 4:
Follow the instructions to upload claim document(s) and enter claim details.

Step 5:
Review your input claim details and payment method.

Step 6:
Read the terms and conditions and put a tick as acceptance, then tap "Submit".
